A medical device company turns to Blue Sky Broadcast to create a digital training module to educate sales reps ahead of national sales meeting.

A large medical device company wanted to find a way to train sales reps ahead of their national sales meeting.  The goal was to have all representatives come to the meeting “pre trained” on various topics.  This benefited the company in two ways;  first, it reduced the length of the live event by one day, saving the company tens of thousands of dollars.  The second benefit was the digital learning modules allowed the sales managers to focus on more advanced topics as well as devote more time to role play and obtaining one-on-one consultations with the representatives.
