A large medical agency was looking for a technology partner to help deliver over 100 virtual meetings to various physicians throughout the United States.  The sponsor's sales representatives was responsible for distributing  invitations to thousands of physicians.  Participating physicians logged on to a customized web site built by Blue Sky Broadcast and were then able to select an upcoming web conference by viewing an online calendar or search the presentation schedule by presenter.  Blue Sky handled the entire process including pre-registration, speaker training, event management, live operator assistance and full reporting features.
