A top-10 pharmaceutical company needed to train raters that were not able to attend live investigator meetings.  Instead of sending trainers to numerous clinical sites, our client wanted to save a significant amount of time and costs by using our online presentation portal.  Blue Sky provided raters with secure access to a custom-built web portal that included instructions, video-based training modules and patient interviews, plus the ability to submit ratings online and receive certificates of completion.  Clinical study managers were provided administrative access to a variety of real-time reports to track the progress for each participant’s training results.  Our client was so satisfied with the outcome that our solution has changed the way they will handle all future meetings.
