Update in Hereditary Angioedema:
A Disease in Rapid Evolution

Objectives
Upon completion of this session, participants should be able to: 1) discuss the pathogenesis and types of angioedema; 2) discuss the pathogenesis and types of hereditary angioedema; 3) describe clinical presentations of patients with hereditary angioedema; 4) discuss the diagnosis of patients whit hereditary angioedema; 5) review importance of angioedema etiology in guiding choice of therapy; 6) discuss current treatment of hereditary angioedema; and 7) discuss emerging treatments of hereditary angioedema.

Target Audience
The program is intended for all practicing allergist/immunologist…fellows in accredited allergy/immunology training programs and primary care physicians who care for allergy patients.
