Screen resolution must be set to 1024 x 768. To change your screen resolution settings please right click on your desktop, and choose the "properties" menu item. At the top of the screen click on the "settings" tab. Choose the screen resolution of 1024 x 768.

Please note, Microsoft XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) and above have implemented security features to try and reduce spyware and other malicious programs. With the stock settings you will have trouble playing any media presentations. If you know you are a Microsoft XP SP2 user and you are experiencing this problem, you can change your Internet Explorer (IE) settings by doing the following:

On your IE toolbar, go to Tools and choose Internet Settings. Next locate your Advanced Security settings. Ensure that the first two boxes are checked (see below).
